Suggested use: 1-2 tsp per 8 oz. Start with a fresh serving in your diffuser. Bring water to a boil and Steep 7 to 15 mins. A longer steep gives you stronger tasting tea and enjoying all the nutrients of these herbs. Hot or Cold.
